The Trilogy awarded top Build to Rent Residential Development in the UK

The good news comes from the 2019 HomeViews Build to Rent Report and Awards, representing the reviews of 5,000 tenants living in new build developments including our lovely residents.

We often ask our residents how life is at The Trilogy, as giving them an extraordinary rental experience in Manchester is our top priority, so we’re over the moon to hear they think we do an award-winning job!

Wondering what HomeViews is? Well, it’s an independent review site for residential developments dubbed the TripAdvisor for property. Here’s what our residents told them to bag us the number one spot…

How did they rate us?

We smashed it with an overall average of 4.77 out of 5 stars when residents were asked to rate our design, facilities, value, location and management. “Literally the best place to live*” was one review that was so good to hear!

What do they think of our management team?

The Trilogy is professionally managed by Allsop and we have a dedicated team on hand 24/7 to ensure that there’s always someone to welcome you home and make life just that little bit easier. We were awarded 4.89 out of 5 stars in this area from our residents with one saying “The staff are so kind I consider them friends as well*.”

Making the development a social place to live where you have the chance to get to know your neighbours and have fun in your home is a big thing for us. We put on events of all kinds from cheese and wine nights and cocktail masterclasses to weekly Friday socials to help residents get to know one another – how’s that for a perk?! One resident said “The socials every Friday are an amazing thing which has helped me make friends which is something I was worried about when I moved here.” Another commented “The community activities are a great addition to the facilities in the development. The Friday social is particularly good at bringing neighbours together.”

Do they love the facilities?

With our residents lounge and workstation, courtyard, state of the art gym, parcel lockers, pet-friendly living spaces and a car park just to name a few, why wouldn’t they?! We like to think we’ve thought of everything you could need when it comes to living in the city and it’s super stylish too! We love hearing comments such as “I would recommend living here to anyone. 10/10 facilities and very welcoming staff” and “I have enjoyed living here 100%, design of the building is lovely and modern, really big. Gym and other facilities are amazing – I really like it.”
