Meet our Letting Manager Riana Ladzianska

1. Tell us where you’re from and what your career background is.

I’m originally from Slovakia, moved to the UK eight years ago for university. After graduating I have worked in a few different roles in the property business which ultimately gave me the right mix of experience to work in the build-to-rent sector.

2. Can you explain your role at The Trilogy?

I am the Letting Manager, which means I support and accompany every applicant on their lettings journey from the very first enquiry, through their viewing, to moving in and then assisting them with any tenancy related matters throughout their time here at the Trilogy.

3. Tell us about the benefits of build-to-rent and why it’s not the same as private renting?

The services, facilities and tenant focus sets build-to-rent apart from private renting. Not only does this provide for hassle-free enjoyment of your property, it also builds friendly and vibrant communities in these developments.

4. What would a typical resident journey look like from making the first enquiry about renting at The Trilogy?

The best way to understand what Trilogy is all about is to come and experience its environment first-hand. Therefore, from the very first enquiry, we would attempt to book a viewing to give the applicant a chance to come on site to get a feel for the development. If the applicant is then interested, we would predominantly manage the application process online for added ease. The major part of the application process is referencing, but this is also mostly managed online. After that, you sign your lease, collect keys and start enjoying all Trilogy has to offer!

5. What makes The Trilogy different to other apartment developments?

We have just been awarded the top Build to Rent Residential Development in the UK and I feel this is thanks to the extremely high level of customer service that our team delivers. I am also very proud of our community engagement and the regular socials and events (from sharing some pizza on a Friday evening to gin tasting, doggie socials, book club, to our pop-up shops or other on-site activities) that are in high demand and high attendance. Our tenants can also enjoy a fully enclosed secure courtyard, secure parking and bicycle storage, 24/7 concierge, parcel management services, private gym, and a workstation. As one of the few developments in Manchester, we are pet-friendly, too.

6. What is your favourite space within The Trilogy?

Definitely the reception area – it’s the perfect space to meet and greet our tenants, socialize and become a part of their journey here.

7. What can residents expect from life at The Trilogy?

To be taken care of, to be valued, to be helped and assisted, to enjoy the events and the community and to have a beautiful and safe place to call home.

8. What’s great about living in Castlefield?

The location is just perfect – the access to main routes is extremely convenient as well as wonderful shops, bars, restaurants, cafes and other amenities are virtually on your doorstep, whilst you also get to enjoy the river Irwell and a tiny bit of nature in the midst of a concrete jungle.

9. Where are your favourite places to go in Manchester in your free time?

I love food and, thankfully, Manchester has an amazing food culture. I love to visit all the fabulous restaurants – I really fell in love with the atmosphere in Bem Brasil, with a piece of France at Cote Braserie, with the best tapas in town at La Vina, and my favourite Italian at San Carlo.

10. What do you love most about the city?

I love the hustle and bustle of Manchester and I am really appreciative of the fact that despite living life in the fast lane, Mancunians remain some of the most polite, pleasant and friendly people I have had the pleasure to meet.
